5 Steps to Change Your Life


Hi everybody, Dr. Joe Dispenza here. I want to take a moment and teach you some basic tools to begin to change your life. When you invest in yourself, you invest in your future. Number one. Take some time out of your busy lives to disconnect from your world. Shut your cellphone off, turn the TV off, power down your computer. Sit your body down for a few minutes and close your eyes. Number one. Number two. Take some breaths and center yourself. When you center your attention into the present moment, you have more energy to create with. When your mind wanders to the predictable future, or the familiar past, that’s normal. Just become aware of it and keep working on settling yourself back down into the present moment. When you’re in the present moment, you’re the most creative. Number three Ask yourself. Can I be defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past? What do I want in my life? Take the time to answer the question. As you begin to contemplate and think about the answer to the question, you’re changing your brain. When you make your brain fire in new sequences and new patterns and new combinations, that’s the beginning steps of changing your mind. Next. Decide on the emotions you’ll feel when you’ll begin to create that future. Teach your body emotionally what that future’s going to feel like. And don’t get up until you begin to feel those emotions. Next step, step number four. Rehearse in your mind who you’re going to be when you open your eyes. The things you have to do, the choices you have to make, the steps you have to take. Review them over and over again. Number five. You can’t go to the future holding on to the biology of your past. Decide what thoughts you can bring to your future. Write them down. Thoughts like, “I can’t.” “It’s too hard.” “I’ll never change.” “I’ll start tomorrow.” “What’s wrong with me?” “It’s someone else’s fault.” Decide on what behaviors or actions or unconscious habits you have to change. How do you talk? Do you complain, do you blame, do you make excuses? Do you feel sorry for yourself? Just become so conscious of those behaviors that you’ll never go unconscious again. Lastly, you have to decide what emotions no longer belong in your future. That means if you want to be wealthy, you can’t take lack. If you want to be healthy, you can’t take insecurity or fear. You got to begin to condition your body to a new mind. If you do this every single day, your personality creates your personal reality, and your personality is made of how you think, how you act, and how you feel. Change any one of those things and you change your life. And begin to measure the effects that you would cause. Give it a shot.

  3. New mind, heart, memorias, soul, energy, spirit,, body, environment : Change how you feel, think, act, react, decide and wrongly believe.

    Your emotions condition your environment that condition the energy around you that condición your emotions and so on. Its a positive or vicious cycle. Whatever you choose.. It is your will that will rewire that cycle so its a positive one and takes you to a higher level each time when that Will is fueled by Faith, Focus, Fearlessness, fabulous feelings, believes and visions of your future self and environment.

  7. I’m sorry it came out wrong for Bernie Siegel and Gary Zukav.Wayne Dwyer, and there’s a whole bunch from Mindvalley that I love. But I really want you five to do this thing with Howard stern if Howard I’ll do it it’ll reach out to search a larger population because all of you guys have different fan clubs and this is so important I am making this is my mission in life to help these people heal from this trauma so our world in the future for now I don’t have any children but their children and their grandchildren🌞I’m also Evelyn to other businesses in the entertainment industry however it has to do with us and I would really like to tell you what one of them is I cannot believe that we don’t have it this business with coaching totally missed this LOop hole. And I’m also doing a film on Orange Street. So it’s your choice if you want to be involved and be a leader because you are a leader it’s yours if not I have to recast. I guess I’ll have to play it out. Because we think exactly alike. I’m a little silly Joe have a beautiful evening

  11. DISCONNET FROM YOUR WORLD sit down for few minute, close your eyes
    Breathe and center yourself to the present moment, don’t wonder into the past.  Keep working on it
    Create your future self.  Can I be defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past.  Take the time to answer the question.  As you decide to contemplate, you are changing
    your brain. When you make your brain fire new sequences and new combinations,
    that’s the beginning steps of changing your mind.

    REHEARSE THE NEW YOU Take the time to answer the question who you going to be when you open your eyes.  The things you have to do, the choices you have to make, the steps you have to take. Review them over and over again.

    LET GO OF YOUR PAST SELF.  You cannot go to the future holding on to the biology of your past.  Decide what thought you can’t bring to you future, write them down: example: I can’t, too hard, will start tomorrow… how you talk, how you act, you complain, you blame, you make excuses, you feel sorry for yourself.  Just become so
    conscious of those behaviors that you will never go unconscious again

    You have to decide what emotions are no longer in your future that means if you want to be wealthy, you cant take luck, if you want to be healthy, you can’t take insecurity or fear, you going to begin to condition your body to a new mind.

    If you do this every day, your personality creates your personal reality. 
    Your personality defines how you think, how you act, how you feel.  Change anyone of those things, you change your life and begin to measure the effects this will cause.

    I lost my father 24 yrs ago due to a drunken dispute and it affected me then and still does
    I got three beautiful children and the most loving and caring girlfriend anyone can ever ask for
    I don't want to lose my way because of my past
    I wan to move on from it
    I need your advice
    Please write me back
    I need to let go of my past

  14. Hello! I appreciate the choice of the butterfly and, more , since i read this.
    Most of his life, the organism of the butterfly destroy some cells but they recurently want to reproduce….untill the cocoon…..this is the moment when those cells are……alive…

  16. This was so great of you to offer this advice for free♥️. I am not in a position to be able to do any of your courses. So today, I will start and do everything that you advise, start to change my life, and do all you advise daily to change my life. I need to urgently. ♥️

  17. I have read so many books and watched so many videos that maybe it prepared me for Dr Joe to finally put all the pieces together in a way I can finally understand that is actionable. To be more specific, I knew I needed to meditate, or exercise or focus on my business online but I would end up eating snacks or in front of the TV even when I KNEW that wasn't what I should be doing. I just thought I was a horrible procrastinator, now I understand how my BODY was making those decisions for me. I finally understand how "Being in a rut" works and more importantly how to change it. I should say I just watched his interview on Fearless soul, which lead me here. Thanks Dr. Joe!

  18. turn off the cell? ok. i keep it off 99.9% of the time anyway.

    turn off the tv? ok. haven't had one in over a decade.
    sit down, close my eyes, take some breaths to center myself? i do that!
    ask myself "can i be defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past; what do i want in my life?" ok. shall do!
    decide on the emotions i'll feel when i begin to create my future and teach my body emotionally what that future will feel like and don't get up until i begin to feel those emotions. ok. sure.
    rehearse in my mind who i'm going to be. shall do!

    decide what thoughts, emotions, and actions i can't bring into the future. i'm on it!

    power down my laptop!!!??? butbutbuti'mawriter!!!iNEEEEEDmylaptop! LOL!

Hey Joe , it seems to a hard one for me to understand, after PRACTICING, all of this and more in my life , THAT IS THE CAUSE N EFFECT OF OTHERS , WEATHER INTENTIONALLY OR NOT , " THE ZOMBIES" THE ASLEEP , THE IGNORANCE , OF THE PROTOCOL AND PROCEDURES, THAT OTHER UN SEEN FACES HAVE CREATED , THAT CREATES SOME TYPE OF PLUSABLE DENIABILITY, n gives the " Drones" the excuse " that it is law" or " its not my job " or My favorite "IT IS WHAT IT IS " WHEN CLEARLY IT IS NOT! PROGRAMMED PEOPLE ARE AN OBSTACLE, they truly believe there is no other way , ? Every day i through my energy in the pond creating what i intend and hope to be harmonious ripples, but every now n then , theres an ASSHOLE (MEAN PERSON) that seems to …? In a WORLD of INFINITE POSSIBILITIES? It seems it can go either way ….testing ones resolve , after a life time of good positive caring loving energy ….until everyone is on the basically the same page…. Theres going to be , it would seem the story of Jesus was if that…and for some REASON now everyone is worshiping the finger that points the way …God , Source, Heaven, Nirvana…ect , Why ask why ? But then even after research and study , WHO'S TO SAY ….on so many levels in So many ways in and THROUGH again and again….HOW WHO WHY?

  25. this works. i started 4 months ago. my chronic illness finally cleared up, I have new hair growth all over my head!!. (my hairdresser found it!) . my anxiety is far better. sometimes I must meditate for long times. one and half hours is my longest so far but I felt wonderful all day after i did it. massive changes are taking place. and yes, i started with just 15 mins a day. I am still not good at it. my mind wanders a lot. but i re focus over and over. it still is making big changes.

  26. And it works. Momentum for my new life builds each day. I am experiencing the changes in my outlook, health and even finances! I create with clarity.
