MORE CONTROL TO REWARD SAILORS WHO DISPLAY SUSTAINED SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE. CAP CONTINUES TO ADVANCE ELGIBLE RATED SAILORS

OF HISPANIC AND LATINO AMERICANS TO THE U.S. BY CELEBRATING THEIR HERITAGE AND CULTURE. TODAY OUR ACTIVE AND RESERVE COMPONENTS ARE
MADE UP OF MORE THAN 58,000 SAILORS WITH LATIN HERITAGE.
